Junior Brand Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to an important position in our young, ambitious and winning team as Brand Manager Sanex within our successful subsidiary located in Weesp (15 minutes from Amsterdam). In this Brand Manager role, you will be working on one of the most powerful body care Brands in Europe. Sanex is pouring all of its passion and dedication into offering the consumer the most advanced skincare solutions with one clear mission: to keep people's skin at its healthy best.

The assignment:

You are part of the Consumer Experience team and within it, you are the Brand Champion responsible for the growth of Sanex. Furthermore, you are the owner of local consumer insights, making sure they are at the heart of our local decisions and strategies; from budget creation, portfolio management, media campaigns and shopper programs, all while enhancing and strengthening the brand equity.

  • Strengthen the brand through impactful marketing campaigns in collaboration with our media agency.

  • Implement and manage the local social media and PR strategy in collaboration with our agencies, including an influencers & ambassador program and PR events.

  • Partner with the European Brand Team to build next year's pipeline, fitting the local consumer needs.

  • Lead the retail activations and development of high-quality POS material and promotion plans - for our key retail partners in close collaboration with the Sales Team.

  • Set up marketing partnerships (media and brand partnerships) with the aim of generating consideration & trial.

  • Manage your local marketing budget.

  • From 2/3 years of experience in Brand & Product Management (incl P&L and budget responsibility) in a FMCG environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Stakeholder management

  • An excellent communicator easily adapting communication towards different audiences in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner

  • A positive can-do attitude that persists regardless of challenges, with a strong sense of collaboration

  • Thorough planning and priority setting

  • A fast paced environment is what keeps you energized.

  • You can juggle 1000 balls, balancing analytics, creativity, strategic and critical thinking while making quick progress in the constantly evolving business landscape
