WTW Project Manager (Night Shift) in Manila, Philippines
The Role
Manage the client/vendor interactions, communications, and expectations and build a trusted relationship based on core benefits knowledge and ability to consult on basic issues/solutions.
Partner with all lines of business to present as one WTW to the client.
Manage quality of ongoing service delivery and measures to proactively manage client-level impact.
Monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline
Provide clients with high quality service and adhere to established PM standards.
Mentors, grows, and leads team members and junior project managers
Follow standards for change order documentation, sign-off and storage.
Follow standards for UAT documentation and management.
Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience in projects. Experience on projects involving the the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Solid interpersonal and client management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills
Solid organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and work with others to coordinate client priorities.
