As an UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to customer engagements and create UX transformation deliverables on projects. You know the people you’re designing for and your stakeholders’ objectives, and your goal is to humanize technology and empower business. Together we do what matters.

What you’ll do:

• Solve design problems by crafting effective user interfaces

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to the design vision.

• Support the team in delivering digital products using user-centered design processes and translating requirements into design specifications

• Contribute to promoting Experience Design within Avanade through communication activities.

• Collaborate across various teams to support design initiatives.

Skills and experiences:

• BA/MA Degree in Digital Design or related fields.

• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in designing digital products and services.

• Deep Knowledge of UX/UI, excellent proficiency in user interface tools and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

• Experience or foundational skills in visual design, including brand identity, typography, color, and style.

• Proficiency in user research and in the practice of the design thinking methodology (appreciated)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
