In your role as the Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Technology Expert, you will play an active role in shaping and enhancing our core talent acquisition technology stack. This will involve collaborating with domain experts to optimize various components such as Avature, Eightfold, career portal websites, AI, existing digital products, and emerging technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of P&O TA initiatives!

What part will you play?

  • As a strategic partner and advisor for Business TA-Heads and Country TA-Heads on recruiting technology, you develop and align global standards in recruiting technology

  • You lead global projects with TA employees from different countries to pilot and implement future recruiting tools

  • You will analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for end-to-end technological solutions, translating these requirements into technical specifications. You will use your expertise and industry knowledge to offer guidance and support

  • You will implement digital solutions that continuously enhance and improve our products, bridging any gaps or inefficiencies to increase efficiency in recruiting and enhancing exceptional candidate and user experiences

  • Furthermore, you will drive digitalization projects, focusing on AI, to ensure that we remain a relevant leader in emerging talent landscapes and uncover unexplored talent pools

  • You will lead technology system reviews, from gathering requirements to designing innovative solutions, while adeptly handling stakeholder relationships throughout the entire process

  • You will accelerate and elevate reporting capabilities and collaborating with other experienced professionals to tell impactful stories

  • You will lead all aspects of vendor roadmaps, ensuring their performance, leading enhancements, and keeping track of content logs

  • As a technical liaison for TA, you will foster collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment in the dynamic P&O tech space

What you need to make real what matters.

  • A university degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required to excel in this role

  • With your many years of professional experience, you will bring an extensive expertise in conceiving and implementing recruiting technology, specifically with a focus on Applicant Tracking Systems. This will be crucial in revolutionizing our recruitment processes

  • Your outstanding knowledge of recruitment processes will be a valuable asset in ensuring seamless operations and identifying areas for improvement

  • Understanding the structure and requirements of a matrix organization is key to effectively navigate and thrive in our dynamic environment

  • We are seeking a standout colleague who is outspoken, driven, and adept at conflict resolution. Your customer focus, goal orientation, and proactive problem-solving approach will be highly appreciated

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must-have skill that will enable effective communication and collaboration in our international setting
