Blue Origin LLC Ground Systems Integration Engineer I in Seattle, Washington

This role is a part of the Test & Flight Operations team, providing centralized support to business units with a focus on the design, build, and maintenance of the ground systems, test, and launch facilities across multiple locations. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers (use as appropriate), you will directly support Blue Origin's success through skilled management of the development and administration of appropriate standards and tools for systems engineering disciplines including systems architecture, systems integration, trade studies, requirements development and decomposition, verification approaches, configuration management, gated reviews, systems safety, and technical performance metric management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with integrated functional teams to define, document, and execute integration and test activities for integrated systems Develop strategies and approaches for specialty engineering (operability, reliability, maintainability, supportability) integration, analysis and verification Develop systems engineering artifacts to include requirements specifications, ICDs, test plans, test procedures, and test reports Organize and present technical reviews and failure investigations Minimum Qualifications Minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field Hands-on experience in developing, authoring, and executing integrated tests and/or operating complex systems Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications Experience with requirements development/management tools such as DOORS, DOORS Next Gen Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and/or data management tools such as Windchill Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA Ability to work with partially defined requirements and changing criteria Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $81,090-$113,526 Other site ranges may differ Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
