Robert Half is looking for an upbeat Sales Administrative Assistant that has 2+ years of supporting a sales team! You will assist with purchase orders, tracking orders, communications with clients, and other tasks that are needed. This company offers excellent benefits and an amazing company culture! RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Greet agent sales teams, customers and internal team via email, on the phone, and in person courteously, conversationally and immediately

•Provide exceptional customer service to help drive sales and profitability

•Promptly respond to customer questions, inquiries, and needs

•Customer Service assistance for web sales and for remote showrooms

•Customer Service and Sales Support for one or more representative showroom

•Troubleshoot issues and determine best path for resolution using established metrics to provide a consistent customer service experience

•Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features, benefits and values to customers

•Cultivate strong relationships with our loyal clients fostering repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

•2 + years of Sales Admin Support

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

•Ability to learn quick

•Excellent communication skills
